As you will be aware, all client websites have been transferred to a datacenter located in Chicago and have been placed on servers running the Interworx control panel. There are some changes that you need to be aware of in order to ensure your site runs smoothly on our new setup.

Login Proceedure

Your website control panel is now located at http://www.yourdomain.com/siteworx/

Your email is still located at http://www.yourdomain.com/webmail/

Your FTP login details have changed. By default, your username is now ftp@yourdomain.com.

Nameservers

Provided you are using ns1.tjrnetworks.com and ns2.tjrnetworks.com, you will not need to make any changes. If you are using IPs, please login to your registrars control panel and enter the aforementioned servers.
